I was trying to filter SendKey or the 4.19.77.xxx block.

I'm not aware of anyone that I would be getting email from those IP s, but
then again I seldom check domains of emails, except those that look
suspicious.

So Genuity and Level3 are backbones. Like OX or is it XO?

Hmmm, Level 3 Communications, Inc., Level 3 Communications, LLC  &  GENUITY
are showing up as organizations that use Level3.net hostnames, with spam
problems. I'm not saying you are wrong, just that I am new at this. So those
3 names are just look-alikes to fool the casual reader?
