Allen, I too am having the same problem as John, but with an extra twist. Because I am getting so much spam-120 a day! with many having an attachment of 140kb, I have gone to accounts/options and set "partially receive messages over 50kb. Restarted Entourage and in spite of the setting I continue to get the full download of 140kb for each message.
