The new iCal 1.5 is now very scriptable on that end (the previous version could not script alarms - reminders, and a lot else). But Entourage X's scripting does not have a 'modification date' property for calendar events or tasks, as it does for contacts, which means a real sync is not possible - you'd end up with all your events being duplicated every single time you ran the script, or you'd be waiting there two hours for the script to compare every exported event to see if it was already present. (Try my Export-Import Entourage full a calendar full of events and import it into another identity with mostly the same 1000 events, and you'll see what I mean.) OK for a one-off, no good for regular syncing. So I'm hoping we get this feature in a later release of Entourage, and then I'll be there in a flash with a Sync script... I might experiment with a simple export/import type of script, but I'd really prefer to wait until real synching is possible. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
