Usually an applescript error. Is the user running a script from a rule? If a
script is referencing another file (sometimes another script that has to be
loaded) and that file doesn't exists where expected, you'd get that error.

A subsequent error consequent on the first one.

I doubt it has anything to do with the database. If there was an "AS
backup", there you are. Something was moved or renamed.
