I have the problem, too, and replied to David's message in the OS X List. I would definitely like to see that fixed as I have a laptop and running the CPU at 100% drains the battery faster. And running it at 100% for a simple HTML message seems excessive and unnecessary. The other bug I would like to see fixed is the one introduced in Panther, where switching to the app using CMD-TAB changes the order of the windows. Both of these problems are inconsistent: sometimes they happen and sometimes they don't. I'd put a percentage on both at about 66% chance of occurring.
