And here I was thinking that David Morgenstern and I were the only ones who noticed this (and are annoyed by it). David posted about this problem twice to this list and the silence in response was deafening. So either no one else has the problem, they do and don't care, or they do and they have no clue how to alleviate the issue just like us.
