For those of us who are not IMAP experts, it is not easy to do that. There are quite a few permutations of all those config options. And the "experts" that I've consulted do not even agree on the correct settings. Some of them just say "don't use Entourage for IMAP." I've tried many variations of the IMAP settings for my work account on the server at U of Washington (UW-IMAP, natch). Right now I've got a config that works OK most of the time.
