Such behavior on the part of Palm and Apple is an OUTRAGE!!! Where are the
Mac media(MacFixit, MacCentral, etc), where is NY Times, FCC, CNN etc?

Are Palm and Apple in the process of growing a group of users who are using,
or are about to buy DOOMED PRODUCTS -- PALM PDA's?!

Again, NO PROBLEM with T3 and Panther 10.3.2, BUT, I am VERY CONCERNED with
the next point Mac OS Update, like 10.3.3. or 10.3.4 I'll run into a
problem, and I'll be up the creek, trying to Export my Data? I guess, right
before each OS Update, I should EXPORT my User Data, i.e. each
Module(Addresses, Memos etc), maybe even Export them in several Formats,
like Tab etc., so that I could Import these Modules into Entourage, or Now
Up To Date? 

I still don't exactly understand this -- if there is a breakage between Palm
OS, Palm Desktop and 10.3.3. or 10.3.4, or 10.3.5, how will other products
"talk" to Mac, i.e. they rely on Palm's Conduits, don't they?

I have BCC'd my posts on this topic to Palm and to Apple, and their SILENCE
is STRANGE... while the Apple Store is selling T3, which is UNSUPPORTED,
without volunteering that fact!!! On one hand Apple wants all their
customers to upgrade to Panther, and, at the same time, such upgrade would
render T3 UNSUPPORTED!!!  THUS... Are Palm and Apple in the process of
growing a group of users who are using, or are about to buy DOOMED PRODUCTS
-- PALM PDA's?!  

I hope it doesn't take another Class Action Law Suit to bring about SOME
CLARITY to a bunch of users who are assuming good will on the part of these
two companies.  

What I find MOST aggravating is that I, like so many, bought Palm's PR(BS?!)
with it's Zen back then in 1999, and I spend a lot on their stock, and got
burned BADLY! Now, Palm, with the help of Apple is selling UNSUPPORTED
hardware, and Extended Warranty for it!!! And, at the same time, Palm's Tech
Support Level 2 "guy" is treating ME, an INVESTOR, whose $$ are paying his
salary, as an ENEMY, by refusing to return a phone call!!!

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!! Where are the Mac media(MacFixit, MacCentral, etc),
where is NY Times, FCC?
