I think I know him from the OneClick list that was, and then very briefly here a year or so ago. (He used to use both his names, but Arkady was the first name.) He's pretty harmless, but gets very worked up about things, and equally enthusiastic about things he likes. Going to his links and MacFixit, it looks like just the usual delays before PalmSource or PalmOne officially update and support Panther. Even this Arkady says it still works in 10.3.3... (which info should be under NDA of course!)
