Just to add some information that I've dug up during trying to figure this thing out.
If I drag the Application (Entourage) over the Microsoft Language Register and select English everything is back to fine and normal, but then I can't view Japanese characters. My wish is to enable viewing Japanese characters and still have all my dialogues and stuff displayed in English. Can anybody help me do that?
