Well, it is a pain in the rear :-)  You need a resource editor, then you can
get them out, I managed a many step process to convert them to aiff, then to
.sifl then turn them into a sound set.  Them for some strange reason I found
<http://www.soundsetcentral.com/download.html?id=484> which is a archive of
the default.
