Complex HTML messages
The "welcome" email message from the developers in Entourage 2004 was formatted with a small table at the bottom of the message. I wondered if Entourage would now support some more complex HTML editing. I haven't found any additional HTML editing tools in Entourage, so I wondered what they used to create that message if not Entourage.
It's always been possible to create complex documents in Word: imbedded images, tables, etc. Now, if one does that, and then selects File/Send to... -> Mail Recipient (as HTML), a complex HTML message is generated. Once generated, it doesn't seem to be possible to change it other than add a recipient and subject.
I obviously don't know for sure, but I think this is how the new Entourage welcome message was created.

Hi James!
Entourage 2004 itself does not support the creation of complex HTML messages but really it doesn’t need to. You can go into Word and compose your complex HTML and then choose File --> Send To --> Mail Recipient (as HTML)...
This should give you the results you’re after.
