Yes. You can now make Complex HTML messages - without even knowing any HTML code - by writing and editing in Word 2004, then selecting File/Send to/ Mail Recipient (as HTML) and off it goes to Entourage. As you say, it cannot be further edited in Entourage - you have to do it in Word.

One thing I did notice: When an image is imbedded with the text wrapping around it, Entourage X displays everything in-line, no wrapped text. Mail.app and Entourage 2004 handle the wrapping fine.
Tables seem to be handled handled seamlessly in either version of Entourage.
