The first time I encountered this stupid key-command sequence, it deleted, without asking, a very, very long and important email message I had basically just finished and was about to send. It was a very personal message that I didn't have the emotional energy to go through writing again, and BOOM, Entourage destroyed it. I stopped using the program after that, and only came back because of Mail's sheer inadequacy. I'm glad I did, because Entourage is a great (if limited in some very annoying ways) program.
