While I join Kirk in thanking you (and the other gurus) for all your work in scripting around Entourage's limitations, I do find the explanation from MS that implementing this would require 'a non-trivial amount of work' to be somewhat amusing. After all, customers, are paying a 'non-trivial' amount for the upgrade so it doesn't seem to be a completely outlandish thing to ask for, especially when it's a matter of feature parity with the equivalent product for Windows. My main annoyance is that Entourage 2004 apparently *still* can't import a user's mail or contacts from Outlook (on either platform) without jumping through a bunch of time-consuming hoops. At my office, we have a bunch of users who want to switch to a Mac, but several of them have very elaborate email filing systems which can literally take a whole day to replicate in Entourage. I appreciate that the .pst format wasn't developed at the Mac BU, but surely documentation of the horrors within is available *somewhere*?
