Its not > the order. Moving the Delete No Subject rule to in front of the Move Digest > rules did not change the behavior any. Perhaps you have "Match if ALL criteria are met" instead of "Match if ANY criteria are met" for the Header rule? And that one should _definitely_ be above the digest-moving rule in the Rules list. Otherwise it won't run on digest messages (rules that move messages have "Do not run any other rules" checked and dimmed).
