Perhaps you have "Match if ALL criteria are met" instead of "Match if ANY
criteria are met" for the Header rule? And that one should _definitely_ be
above the digest-moving rule in the Rules list. Otherwise it won't run on
digest messages (rules that move messages have "Do not run any other rules"
checked and dimmed). Anyway there's no need to move it first if you're going
to delete it.
