You may be on to something. The rule that doesn't work is suppose to work on
messages generated by the digest bursting. It works manually after the
bursting is over. The rule that does work moves the original digest itself.

I will try another rule to see if a rule will work on other burst generated
messages. I am currently experimenting with checking for the presence of
only the From header, but as there I have been no digests today I have no
results.
