Using Ent 10.1.4, OS  10.3.2

Hello

Is there a setting so that when I click "reply" and write my response, it automatically defaults to a chosen color font? However, I don't want this to be my default font for my original outgoing emails.

No.

If this reply function can't happen automatically, is there a "Plan B" workaround to save time in this situation:

Yes.

Often, I want to reply point by point to someone's email. Now, I manually select color for my font so it's easy to differentiate from the original email text. If I have 20 replies, I need to manually select color 20 times. Is there an easier way?  Thank you for your reply.

After you set the color for your first inline response (like my "No" above), all you have to do the next time, and all succeeding times, is to click the color button ("A") without holding it down or clicking on the little arrow - just click the big button once and release. It immediately changes the setting for text you're about to write (or selected) to your color. It will keep to this color until/unless you fold it down and choose another color.

You still have to do the un-indent each time though - I haven't found a shortcut for that.
