I could understand if it was downloading everything again "since my last launch". The problem is that it downloads everything that is sees on my mail server. This seems like a bug!

I appreciate your suggestions but my system crashing has nothing to do with a problem with my operating system. I am beta testing several hardware and software products that are the causing my system to "occasionally" crash. It's not like my system is crashing every day. Again, this was never a problem with previous versions of Entourage. I really think that Microsoft needs to take another look at what they are doing to the database after a crash recovery. I think that someone made a mistake somewhere and it needs to be fixed. There is no reason that messages I downloaded three weeks ago should be downloaded again just because my system crashed. Sure, I could just have my accounts remove the mail from the server and solve the problem myself. But then what would be the point of having an option to leave the mail on the server? -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
