Group: I have a user who is missing several messages in Entourage. The messages reside on an exchange server, and are visible using Outlook Web Access. However, they are never pulled down into Entourage!
Any idea as to why this may be happening, and how to fix? I have done an advanced rebuild, to no avail. BTW, the messages in question are not in subfolders... Just in the top level of the inbox.
