1. The cursor disappears. It's still there, just invisible. Can be fixed by opening a new window and doing some random clicking. Happens about once a week.
This and the other problems may be system related. Just minutes ago I had this happen to me in Safari. Moving the cursor around a bit caused it to reappear and everything is fine now. (Though I did have Entourage 2004 running in the background.)
