1. You didn't say which version of Entourage. From your message source, it
appears to be Entourage 2001 without updates.
2. Nobody is obliged to reply with a correct answer within minutes, you
know. We're all just users like you, you know. Saturdays are generally very
slow. People would get around to it eventually.
5. Before you do anything else, you should first update Office 2001 with the
combined updater. Go to the MacTopia website:
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/
Downloads tab, Office 2001, and download and apply the
Microsoft Office 2001 Combined Updater 9.0.4
Aside form anything else, it has a much improved rebuild engine over your
version.
4. You need to do a Typical Rebuild of your database. Hold down the Option
key while launching Entourage and choose Typical in the dialog that comes
up.
5. That should fix it in this case. If not, repeat the process but choose
Advanced.
