In fact, I discontinued using SpamSieve for that very reason--the long interruptions to service in Entourage. It is not SpamSieve's fault, really; it's a bug either with Entourage or AppleScript, and Microsoft is well aware of it. People who use scripts a lot have been ranting to them about it for months, and we all hope and pray something gets done about it in the next bugfix release. But there have been no promises, nobody saying, "We've got the culprit in our sites and we'll shoot him dead by tomorrow." The Entourage 2004 JMF is really very, very good; try using it on high, and turn off SpamSieve. I'll bet your delays disappear. One halfway measure: try opening SpamSieve and trimming the corpus, or whatever that option is called, so it takes less time to search it. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
