Dear Diane,

Thank you for your help.  Unfortunately it is not really feasible for me to
take the IMAP route; fortunately, I have a fast connection and a fast
processor.  Which brings us back to the problem.

Since the rules run last, I'm guessing that means it isn't possible for JMF
to run on the accounts I use rules to file in a different folder, right?  So
if that's true, here's the next question:  is it possible to use the mailing
list manager to move everything that comes to a particular email address
into a particular folder, and then have the JMF run on it?  That would solve
the problem, if it works.
