My daughter is suddenly having Word 2004 crash on her every time she tries to open it. It does not crash if she switches to another user, so we know the problem is in her user space somewhere. She's fixed permissions, checked prefs files with Preferential Treatment, and trashed all pref files that say Word in them.
Below is the message she gets on the Console when she tries to launch Word. Anyone have any idea what it means? 2005-05-01 20:06:10.692 Microsoft Error Reporting[1391] CFLog (21): Cannot find executable for CFBundle 0x14e650 </System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/liberty.framework> (not loaded) She's using OS 10.3.9 on an old 15" iMac. Apparently the problem started recently, maybe after the update. I had her re-install the update but that hasn't fixed the problem.
