Setting the file type to "TEXT" lets Spotlight index the file (at least
after running 'mdimport -f /path/to/file_or_directory'). It breaks
Entourage's ability to open the message correctly, as Entourage ends up
believing the file is an mbox file rather than an rfc822 file.
