I have a customer who I converted to Entourage 11.2.1 yesterday. All went
pretty smoothly, and she was able to send out e-mails. This morning she
can't, getting a message like this (paraphrased):

"the message could not be sent because it exceeds the message size limit or
the recipient's mailbox is full."

I know for a fact that the recipients' mailboxes are NOT full, and I know
for a fact that the message does NOT exceed the limit (unless the limit is
around 27KB).

Did a google search, came up with nothing on this error. Have not tried
rebuilding the database, but since hers is a new install and build, don't
see that being the problem.

Any ideas?
