This has maddeningly happened to me numerous times, and now to my friend, and I can't remember the specific fix:
The Microsoft User Data file somehow gets moved from the Documents folder and when Entourage is next opened, all addresses and emails are gone. So we did a search and found several User Data folders. We take the largest one and place in Documents folder, then open Entourage again. But still get only a mailbox with a "Welcome" email and no sign of of the old emails, addresses, etc. My friend says also that the folder that's placed in the Documents folder also loses size somehow, as if it's getting replaced upon placement into the Documents folder. What to do?
