I must be doing something wrong. In the MLM window there is nothing but “New,” “Edit,” and “Delete,” plus the list.
The categories are still not holding.
I was unable to use Force Quit because my computer froze. I am just glad that I had backed up!

I could not find the option to set Category in MLM. I did have the
> category first in my rules, so I just deselected it. I haven’t gotten any mail

In the MLM window the option to check "Set Category" is just above the Notes
field.

Try using Force Quit instead of restarting. This is a much safer way to get
out of a problem unless it involves all applications.
