Command Delete stopped then comes back, command N is now working, Command L is working, Just now command delete worked but it displayed the entire message in a new window and then the message disappeared. Command Bracket was not working an hour ago and is now working. Typing slows down some times. Unable to track it to any thing

The loss of shortcuts has gotten worse and worse on my Entourage 11.2.5. Even on brand new Identities. It comes and goes, but now some of the them have just permenantly stopped working. If I'm in the Address book, and hit Command-N, nothing happens.
I tried to fix things by adding Menu Master, thinking I could override the problem with a third-party software, but the problem persists.
This, along with extremely typing slowdown are the things I hope the next version of Entourage fixes.
