By "simple clean-up" do you mean a database rebuild or compacting? You can try creating a new Entourage identity and trying the reply all there. If it works in the new identity, then the issue is with your database. Compacting repairs some minor issues, so I would try that first. If that doesn't work, a rebuild may be necessary. If reply all doesn't work even in the new identity, you should try creating another OS X user and setting up Entourage in that new user and trying it again there. If it works there, then it is some preference that is corrupted. If it doesn't work there, either, there is something wrong with your Office installation, and you should uninstall and re-install.
