My mistake. Very sorry to Diane and all concerned. In that case, yes, it's
definitely in the database. So if rebuilding didn't fix it, you'll need to
use my shareware scripts to export and import. In this vase, there's no
point doing the uninstall and reinstall. If everything works fine in other
identities, there['s nothing wrong with Entourage the app.

Just try trashing the ACL files first, though. I know you already tried
removing the Microsoft Preferences folder already, but did you trash it and
empty the trash? If not, do that (or the ACL and entourage .plist files).
You need to empty the trash to stop these files from still working.
