Office Settings AutoCorrect entries (Stored in two locations) MS Office ACL file for the language you are using. E.g. MS Office ACL [English]. Normal file ³MS Office ACL [English]² located in ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/ The formatted entries are in the Normal template, the office-wide plain-text entries are in the MS Office ACL file. Normal The Normal Template contains toolbar customizations for Word as well as the default settings for every new Word document not based on another template. The Normal Template is located in the "Templates" folder in your "Microsoft Office" folder. Word Settings This file stores your Word preferences. It's located here: ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Word Settings (10) Custom Dictionary ~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Custom Dictionary Your Microsoft User Data folder is not touched when you use "Remove Office". However, it's always prudent to make a backup prior to doing any major changes. Please keep us informed on your progress. This one is an interesting mystery.
