That was my first thought, but I can't find Shift h used in any menu in any
other app, and Shift h works in all other apps on my Mac -- even other
Office apps.

I copied the scripts to an earlier message, and the person who suggested I
check scripts confirmed none of them had a \sh on the end of them. Again,
they are:

 About This Menu...
Create Event from Message\cE
Create Note from Message\cN
Create Task from Message\cT
Save Selection...
Insert Text File...

Not until you realize you're owning/moderating/active in more than two dozen
hybrid car groups -- onda Civic ybrid, ybrid Camry, Toyota ighlander ybrid,
Ford Escape ybrid, onda Insight, etc. ;-) It's not a good habit to get into
as Shift h works normally in every other app. It's weird that this just
started happening a week ago -- didn't coincide with any new software
installation, or anything like that.

Thanks for the info on the templates. I should ask about customized macros,
too. Will I have to go through the rigamarole of "attaching" them again, or
will they just show up in Word when I launch it next? I ask because dragging
them in to the folder didn't work to make them available in the first place
-- I had to go through some "attach" routine.

Office 11.3, Mac OS X 10.3.9, Dual 2Ghz G5, 2GB RAM.
