Eric Vasbinder: I am one of four tech support staff supporting nearly 30 Macs (permanent staff and student interns) in an university environment with Entourage connecting to our Windows 2003 Exchange Server. The biggest headache thus far is Entourage using the HTTP path to the Exchange server as opposed to the MAPI path that Outlook 2003 on our Windows machines use.
