Hmmmm, this doesn¹t sound right. When you rebuild, Entourage creates a backup of your database but it does NOT duplicate folders in the Identity. Look in your Microsoft User Data folder --> Office 2004 Identity --> Main Identity [Backed up 5-21-2007 13.35] First Duplicate this Identity. Next try rebuilding it again and see if you get the same results.
