Hi Diane No reason to rebuild other than I was about to use a sync programme which recommended it, I was not having any problems. I know (if it ain't broke don't fix it) and that has always been my philosophy until this. Barry suggests I can combine the two sets of folders I have the Folders on my Computer pane, I'm thinking about how to do this. What is the old database in the main identity folder? Thanks
