I probably use Entourage as much or more than most people and almost every
email has something pasted into it and I have never had this problem. I have
Keyboard Maestro, SpellCatcher and TypeIt4Me installed. No special shortcuts
in System Preferences.

It¹s possible that if you compared what was installed it might help track
down if it¹s a third party application that is the cause. This is a strange
one and hopefully, someone will stumble on a fix and share it.
