I've experienced the exact same phenomenon. I'm running Tiger (10.4.9) and
E'rage 11.3.3 with none of the other shortcut-key apps mentioned in this
thread, though I am running Butler. I have not seen Butler interfere w/
other apps in this way, nor do I have cmd-V¹ assigned to anything special
in Butler.
I have the same problem as Steve mentions below; it's repeatable, but only
occurs occasionally. I am also running E¹rage on several other Macs and
have seen this phenomenon on each of them, so it's nothing specific to one
machine/build.
