Thanks but I'm not hopeful because most people don't have it, and those that
have had it, can't tell if it's gone away because it occurs so infrequently.

Out of interest: those that have seen the problem - do you sometimes have
keystrokes fail to be registered in other applications (and in Entourage too
I guess)? I do. It's quite possible that a CMD-V that was turned into a
CMD-Return, wouldn't be noticed in another app. Just a thought.
