I switched identities and tested this and deleting events on the phone does indeed delete them from Entourage. I assume that, if I 'Remove Device' in iSync, and then add the phone again, iSync won't then assume that the phone's empty calendar means it should empty the Mac's calendar, and I'll be able to sync them with the time constraints in place so that the phone's calendar will be a manageable size. The problem is the contacts, I can find no way to empty the phone's address book and, if I remove and then re-add the phone in iSync, I imagine iSync will duplicate all the contacts in each device. Am I stuck? Does anyone know if Nokia PC Suite on a PC (I have one of those here, but try to avoid it) will get me out of this bind?
