Michel, thanks for this. Sync is (kind of) working again, except that I keep getting a message that the phone's calendar memory is full so it can't receive all the calendar events. I deleted all the calendar event in the phone and set iSync to "Don't sync events prior to: 1 week ago: and "Don't sync events after: two weeks", and then performed Reset All Devices. It again failed with the out of memory message but I can see from the phone that iSync is trying to send *all* calendar events to it, and ignoring the time constraints.
Perhaps the time constraints only apply to syncing and not to resetting the device. I'm terrified that, if I delete all the calendar events in the phone then synch with the Mac, that this will delete everything from the calendar in Entourage. Any ideas?
