Delete data in Entourage. Sync phone. I'm > hoping this will delete all the data from the phone. Disable sync services, > switch to main identity and re-enable. Sync phone using time constraints on > calendar. I did this (or similar - the first sync wasn't necessary as I just had sync services overwrite Entourage for the new identity.) Once I'd deleted everything in Entourage, I 'Reset Device' in iSync and this emptied the phone's memory of contacts, calendar events and tasks. However, iSync really does appear to be broken, as I then synced the (now empty) phone with the Main Identity, choosing "Don't sync events prior to: 1 week ago" and "Don't sync events after: one month" but iSync again reported that the phone's calendar memory is full. I just checked the phone and the calendar has events back to 7/5/07 which is the start of my Entourage calendar and recurring events well into the future: the phone's calendar runs out at 31/12/2079 and some of my recurring events are still there. No wonder the memory's full! Are the "Don't sync events prior to:" and "Don't sync events after:" buttons in iSync broken, or am I doing something wrong?
