Hi Diane, This has been happening to me for ages and I just live with it. I *know* that I have no rules that are causing the problem. Also, when I click on "this is not junk" for any of these emails where the sender is already in my address book, the post is immediately re-routed to my Inbox without the "this is not junk" dialog box coming up. It's as if Entourage is saying, "Oops! I made a mistake. I'll fix it for you right now."
