I am somewhat puzzled by Entourage's Junk Mail Filter as well:

1. I have three Entourage accounts set up, two for groups whose newsletters
I publish and the third is personal. In the first two, mail that Entourage
classifies as junk goes to a junk folder, and I have to check it and move it
from there to the trash. However, in my personal folder, junk mail goes
directly to the Trash, still marked unread. Why the difference? Where does
one change the place to which junk mail is sent? (Entourage Help says it
automatically goes to the Junk Mail folder, but it does not.)

2. I fairly often have messages from people who are definitely IN my address
book, like my father, get filtered out and classified as "junk" and put in
the Trash. Why would Entourage do this, when the specific "from" address is
in your address book?
