Make sure there is no rule or mailing list rule moving the messages. Mailing
list rules are easily created in Entourage by marking a message identified
as junk by Entourage as "not junk" and then choosing a rather poorly phrased
and misleading option from a dialogue window. Check Tools>Rules and
Tools>Mailing List Manager for any anomalies; if there are any rules in
there which were not explicitly created by your user, disable or delete them
and the problem should go away.
