The email you just sent is in HTML, but there's no reason for it to be in
HTML.  Use HTML for to format something that needs formatting, such as
color, bold, or images.  But for a plain text email such as the one you
sent, why use HTML?  It does not provide anything extra to your message or
content, other than a larger file.
