Ent 11.3.6 OX 10.4.11 This describes a different (but possibly related) problem than the one I described two days ago. I have five email accounts. I choose one to be my default account.
When I create a first new email, it doesn't appear with my default account as the return address. It chooses a different account, which used to be my default account. Also, that other account is on an exchange server. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the problem, but thought I should mention it. Then, if that first email still exists in my windows (I have not yet sent it) and I create subsequent new emails, Entourage correctly uses my default account as the return address in those new emails. If I send those emails, the cycle starts over again: The first newly created email is not from my default account, but if that first one stays open, every subsequent email is from the default account.
