It also makes a distinction between your local folders and those which may
be on an Exchange server, for those who are on networks.

Lisa:  You *are* in an account, whether you realize it or not.  My guess is
that you only have one and that's why you aren't aware of it; you just take
it for granted.

As for screenshots, google for "entourage 2008 screenshots" and you'll find
plenty!
