Or, when you have the message open, click the "Edit" icon in the message
toolbar, which is located just to the left of the Print icon.

You can then edit the Subject and the contents.

Same as above.  Once you hit "Edit", you can change anything in the Subject
and content.  However, if the message contained a lot of HTML, or downloaded
images, you'll probably lose them.  To see what happens, hit the "Edit" icon
and observe.  You can close the message without saving it.  When you re-open
the message it will be as it was before the edit.  If you like what you got
after editing, then do a Save.
